Excellent- both the product and the service

I ordered these headphones with microphone for my daughter to conduct Team's and Zoom meetings. The whole experience was first class, from identifying which product I needed through the ordering process and to delivery. I was kept informed at every stage of the process. The 'out of box' experience once the product arrived ( via free delivery!) was as good as anything I have experienced from any company. The delivery packaging , product packaging, user guide etc are a match for any of the so called premium companies. The product itself is very good and the performance is first class. Can highly recommend. I only gave the review stars because it wouldn't let me give it any more!
